   Solo at the bar. The bartender was friendly and helpful, told some fun stories, and mixed a tasty cocktail to start off with. Dinner was excellent: seared foie, spinach and ricotta ravioli, and bluefin tuna tartare to finish, all paired with delicious wines suggested by the sommelier. A special evening.

   My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Le Crocodile and we were delighted by the charming ambiance, the attentive service and the delectable food. Personal favourite: the sablefish main. It was flakey and butter-y, topped with a slight tang. 10/10! Such a superb place for a culinary night out! Thank you kindly:)

   Perfect balance between attention and privacy … good was artful and superb. Robert Feenie is involved in all levels and even sat with us for a short engaging conversation. Will be back to try more of his truly imaginative and amazingly unique and delicious cuisine.

   As always the food and service were impeccable! My only issue (and I had this issue before Chef Feenie took over) is the beer menu. I remember speaking with a woman who was in charge of the drink menu last year and mentioning that a tasty local cider would be a great addition. There are so many amazing local ciders out there and it has become big business. I’d be tickled pink if there was a tasty dry cider on the menu! (No Growers or Somersby!!!) And honestly a couple more local beers wouldn’t hurt either. Think tasty sours!!

   One of the best experiences I’ve had in a restaurant, our server Johnny was amazing and very knowledgeable. The food was amazing and it felt like the restaurant went above and beyond to make us feel special and welcomed; everything exceeded my expectations. We will be coming back, for certain!

   Exceptional dining experience. White asparagus appetizer was perfectly prepared. Steak and Veal entrees were delicious. Service was outstanding- appreciate the wine recommendations to pair with our dinner. Overall great experience.

   The only thing we weren’t happy with was the escargot much preferred the butter garlic wouldn’t order them again, overall not a major issue.

    Superb dinner at this charming spot. We ate in the bar area, which was cozy and actually quieter than the main restaurant. The staff were friendly and the service impeccable. And the food was some of the best I've had recently. I had the veal medallions with morel mushrooms, which had a delicious sauce that was fragrant of tarragon, and perfectly cooked baby vegetables. My friend had the chicken, which she also said was delicious. And we shared the Caeser salad--superb. The dessert menu was amazing, but we just didn't have any appetite left for it! They did provide a complementary little sorbet to finish off. Pear with a delicate Earl Grey sauce. Amazing meal all told. Wish I lived in Vancouver so I could come again!
