Le French is a gourmet, casual-chic French bistro specializing in modern Parisian cuisine with global influences, a nod to co-founders and sisters Ami and Rougui Dia’s heritage. Embracing the storied history of France and Senegal’s centuries-old relationship, Le French offers beautiful mini pastries, baked from scratch in-house, timeless French dishes, and culinary celebrations of Senegalese tradition in an intimate, sophisticated environment. The family-owned and operated restaurant serves dinner nightly, lunch on weekdays and brunch service Friday through Sunday. A thoughtful cocktail program is complemented by an extensive wine list. Le French serves Colorado guests in multiple locations, with restaurants in the Denver Tech Center’s Belleview Station and in east Denver’s 9+CO development.     We celebrated a birthday here and it was great. The food was superb and the service was excellent. We will return and definitely ask for J to be our server.

    My friend and I had an excellent dinner at Le French (846 Albion Street) last night (12-20-2024). Each course was superb and beautifully presented. We had the seared scallops atop white beans and bacon, the beet salad, the braised short ribs, the bouillabaisse, and the Pavlova for dessert. Everything was absolutely delightful! Service by Alyssa was fantastic, and the ambiance of the restaurant was lovely. Our experience at Le French was definitely “five stars!”

    If you are looking for great food as well as a noise level that actually allows conversation, this is for you. I’ve eaten here at least five times and have always been pleased.

    My favorite place for girlfriends lunch! Excellent food but a bit pricey for lunch. Or maybe it was all the cocktails???

    I rated it low because they were out of the three best items on the menu and the remaining choices were disappointing. It wasn't like the restaurant was busy, in fact it was virtually empty at 6:30 pm on a Sunday night, so I don't know why they would be out of food. Consequently, it was a disappointing meal for me. However towo people at the table loved their steak frites.
