The George, a Michelin-starred establishment, offers a friendly and sharing gastronomic experience orchestrated by the indispensable chef Simone Zanoni. A journey between the French Riviera and Italy, in a chic and trendy setting. In his refined creations inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine, Simone blends his inherent sense of product with his transalpine culture and his taste for bold flavors. Alongside him, Italy's best sommelier Francesco Cosci oversees a menu rich with over 1000 references of Italian bottles, the largest collection in France.

At Le George, the Michelin-starred cuisine is accompanied by a strong commitment: offer a unique eco-responsible and virtuous experience to guests. Vegetables from the restaurant's garden that adorn the plates, mushrooms harvested from coffee grounds and cooked... initiatives aimed at sensitizing guests to the heartfelt cause championed by the chef and his team.

    The food and ambiance were fantastic, but the service was a major letdown. I’ve been to several Michelin-starred restaurants, and the service has always been impeccable, so I was really surprised by how poor it was here. The first dishes were rushed to the table with no explanation, and it wasn’t until we’d already started eating that someone came over to describe what we were having. The sommelier was initially helpful but then disappeared entirely, even with a $320 bottle of wine. Definitely not the level of service I expected for the price or a Michelin restaurant. Will not go back.

    We visited Le George after spending 6 days enjoying Italian cuisine in Venice. Any misapprehensions we had relative to our decision to bootstrap an additional Italian dining experience to our culinary journey quickly dissipated as soon as we entered and were seated at our table. The ambience was chic and elegant tinged with a sublime energy. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive.Matteo Pascucci, assistant sommelier, and Julien Baudoin, dining room manager, assured that all of our dining expectations were fulfilled. The wine list was exceptional as were the various food courses we selected. Truly authentic Italian cuisine.
