It has been a while since our last outing to the Pois Penché. Thursday nite is especially crowded. Felt like the US Thanksgiving arrived earlier. An event @ the Bell Centre didn't help the parking, but who cares...... Food was great - Reception & Service, fast & friendly.

Our evening was wonderful. The food was beautifully presented and layered with flavours. The bread was fresh and wonderful. Our waiter was perfectly attentive. It was a great experience.

We have been coming here over 10 years. It’s always on point. The consistency is very much appreciated. I usually have my usual , salmon tartare which is a delicious dish, however I decided to venture and order the duck , OMG!! Absolute must! My husband also ventured from the beef tartare to the hanger steak , delish !! Wonderful evening. Thank you.

C'est un restaurant excellent avec un service des plus chaleureux et courtois. La nouriture est toujours une experience culinaire très plaisante. J'adore diner au Le Pois Penche.

The food and service was excellent. We really enjoyed the French onion soup and especially the duck confit. Will definitely go back.

Although the menu seemed like a solid french choice, we were disappointed that the service and food did not live up to the expectations. Most of the food were underseasoned such as the escargots, the hanger steak and the mussels. The french onion soup was delicious. The hanger steak portion was disappointing, the sauce was overly sweet and did not let the meat shine. Finally, there was significant waiting time in between some services and unfortunately our water glasses were found empty several times for long periods of time. As a result, were were overall disappointed by our experience at Pois Penché

Good food, efficient service. Decaf cappucino coffee not very good. When you order a glass of wine they d not let you taste it.

Great ambiance, but our server was inattentive and the food was overcooked for some members of the party. Issues with the food were not addressed as the server did not inquire about our meal during the service.

Dear Adley, we are disappointed that some of your dishes weren't cooked as nicely as usual. We apologize if our waiter seemed inattentive. We are known for our warm and meticulous hospitality, but our staff is human. They host thousands of guests every week. Missteps can happen and we are very sorry it happened to you. We regret that your waiter didn't notice that some of your guests weren't enjoying their food. We guarantee everything and, had the kitchen known, everything would've been fixed on the spot.
