Le Rouge Vin is located in the l'Hôtel Gouverneur, in the heart of downtown Trois-Rivières, Quebec and affords guests with renowned cuisine for brunch, lunch, dinner or parties. With regular dining and buffet dining, guests have many options to choose from at Le Rouge Vin. For regular dining, starters include veal risotto, antipasti plate, Brazilian style Angus beef tartar, salmon carpaccio and grilled beef with chimichurri. For the main meal at Le Rouge Vin, consider the grilled chicken breast in sautéed mushroom sauce, risotto with duck confit, shrimp sautéed with cream of leeks, garlic and white wine, pan-fried duck breast with citrus caramel sauce and pork fillet medallions with goat cheese and candied onions.
