    I have never left a review before. Why? Because I’m one of those easy-going food snobs who has learned to read the photos, the menus, the legitimate press reviews, and the reviews offered here and at other apps. Being careful and discerning I am usually pretty pleased with where I end up. In this case time precluded a more thorough vetting and so I relied on the 4+ rating I found here on OT, but also Trip Advisor. What a disappointment this was! Caesar Salad with limp iceberg lettuce and bottle dressing (I’m certain); skimpy and gamey lamb chops and pasta carbonara with a sauce out of Horn & Hardarts! My endeavor here is to try to recalibrate the ratings offered, at least as far as Palermo goes. Sorry to have to say so. Our waitress, however, was a love!
