This historically unique location houses the new restaurant from Matt O'Neil chef/owner of The Blue Ox in Lynn. O'Neil collaborates with Executive Chef, Daniel Gursha, formerly of Bambara, Cambridge and A Voce and Bouley in New York City, offering a progressive New England concept, where traditional 19th-century dishes, cocktails, and techniques will be elevated with 21st-century resources.

    This was our first time there. Our waitress was terrible. She was rude at times and rarely came to see us and then forgot to put our food order in. When we finally got our food is was cold. The food quality wasn’t great. Due to the service and how bad the waitress was we will never go back.

    Ledger never disappoints. The service is always excellent. We went for the Wednesday night Ledger burger special and it is one of the best burgers on North Shore, by far - in such a cool space. Can’t wait to go back again soon.

    As always Ledger was outstanding, it never disappoints! This dinner however was bittersweet, Marina, the server that we always request (she has been at Ledger for 8 years) is moving out of state, we will miss her. She is the type of server that you always hope to find, attentive but not intrusive, making sure that everything goes well. More importantly she is bright, warm, considerate, friendly and a wiseass! My partner and I have developed a relationship with her over all these years, sharing triumphs, family deaths, day to day details, celebrating major family events at Ledger. in other words we have become friends! We will absolutely still be going to Ledger even though the experience will be somewhat different. The food is excellent, the ambience and atmosphere outstanding. It is, and will continue yo be our go to place.

    We had a really nice dinner at Ledger Restaurant. The appetizers were the standout of the meal. We loved the caviar oysters, the tuna tartare and the Brussel sprouts.

    Loved everything about my Sunday brunch at The Ledger. Appreciated the manager handling a misunderstanding on my order. Food was exceptional, waitress was super attentive with good timing on checking on our group. Never felt rushed and the restaurant is beautiful. Would definitely return.

    I went to have dinner with my wife and daughters as our last dinner together before our daughters returned to their countries and in my OpenTable reservation I let them know the occasion. The crew made it enjoyable and decorated our dessert to wish them a Bon Voyage. Truly enjoyed the detail, all of us were so happy!

    Having previously enjoyed an amazing brunch here, we decided to try dinner—and it did not disappoint! The Brussels sprouts are an absolute must, and the arancini from the specials menu were simply perfect. For mains, we tried the mushroom pasta, bolognese, and pork belly—each dish was flawless. The ambiance and service were on point, making for an exceptional dining experience. Highly recommend and will be returning soon!

    Went for the New Year’s Day Hip Hop DJ Brunch and it did not disappoint! Tried the housemade donuts (cranberry orange & espresso martini), and they lived up to the hype 100%! Seriously, if we weren’t so full, I would have taken a couple of the orange-cranberry ones to go! Then we had chicken & waffles and the pastrami hash. The chicken was incredibly crispy and the hash was delicious- lots of peppers & onions to complement the pastrami. Music was loud (we were right in front of the DJ) with some great selections! Service was excellent as well. We will definitely be back!

    It was a lovely New Years dinner spot, the environment and visuals were beautiful, staff was so polite and the food was good! I recommend the Bruja Morada drink and the popover app.
