Service was slow and inattentive. Ambience on the back enclosed patio was lacking. Food was fine but nothing outstanding. Much better options in the area for the price so won’t likely return.

It was a very busy night as it was Valentine's Day, and the staff and owner were very kind to bring wine and Prosecco out to guests who were waiting to get in. Always a wonderful experience and great place to go to talk with friends and eat.

Amazing place – the owner came out and poured some wine for the people standing outside waiting for reservation. Made the wait much more tolerable! Food was delicious🌸

Second time here after a few year hiatus. Happy to report exquisite food and very good service! Only complaint was ambient noise level in back room was a bit too much. This restaurant is highly recommended and I will happily visit again soon!

We made a last minute reservation and we’re glad to get in for dinner. The dining room was full but we were offered a table in the back room, which was a converted patio. Due a schedule mixup at the restaurant, the space had just opened up and we were the only party in the space for most of the dinner. The food was delicious and the service very attentive. Highly recommend.

We decided to try Leonardo’s after reading good reviews on Google. There are two or three other Italian restaurants in Solvang, but I’m glad we chose this one! Service was spot on, food came quickly and was delicious. We ordered Chicken Piccata and Chicken Marsala — both were tender breast filets, with delicious sauces, and large servings. We ended up taking half our dishes to go. The Caesar salad has a perfect dressing—not too garlicky or fishy. Lettuce was crisp Romaine chunks. I would go back just for the salad and to try other dishes. We are only here one more day, but we’ll remember this place for next time!

First time to Leonardo’s and definitely a repeat! Sean and Joan were amazing. They brought excitement to the menu which helped making a scrumptious selections. I would add the dish names but something tells me it doesn’t matter, it’s all good.
