We warmly welcome you to Leonessa- an Italian-Inspired Kitchen & Bar on beautiful Route 6A in Yarmouth Port. Husband & Wife team, Chef Owner Diego Mota and Owner & General Manager Taylor Amara bring exceptional scratch made regional Italian cuisine and impeccable service to this iconic neighborhood. Combining the best of food and beverage of Italy along with the influences of its bordering neighbors coalesces into a dynamic, modern and elevated culinary experience. Chef Diego and Taylor's dream to pour their true love and passion for food, beverages, and hospitality is realized with every service. Reservations are for tables in each our four unique dining rooms while the Bar welcomes guests on a first come first serve basis. Please note that we do our level best to accommodate seating/area requests but they are not guaranteed. We also kindly ask that parties arrive together so that everyone can enjoy their time with us. The food is amazing and prepared perfectly. The pasta is so fresh and served nice and hot (temperature). The Burrata appetizer was delicious and perfectly prepared!! The Lemon Creme Brûlée was wonderful and very sweet.

Wonderfully elevated Italian cuisine. Every time we visit there are new and delicious things to enjoy. The baked ricotta was perfect on a cold Cape Cod evening. The wine list is impressive and the service is charming.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in the last 5 years… incredible bartenders, Brandon (Brendan?) and Zach. Attentive, informative, creative and cool. Wife and I had a blast and enjoyed it immensely!

Leonessa is our favorite and we love it every time we go!! The food is amazing from the presentation to the taste! The staff is warm and welcoming, especially Richard!! He makes us feel like family every time we visit!! Can’t wait to return!

Even the bread basket was amazing. The food was just phenomenal. Everything from the appetizers to main course and dessert. Our waiter recommended the esspresso cheesecake. It did not disappoint. The pasta entrees were amazing. We definitely will be back. I will say it was a little noisy. We had some rowdy tables near us, but other than that it was amazing.

Always a fantastic experience! Always wonderfully welcomed by Richard and his team. Food was amazing. Brought our friends who had never been to the restaurant and they were very impressed. Austin did a wonderful job with the service. Thank you!

We booked our reservation in October to ensure we had a table on Valentines Day. Our Server Lauren F did an EXCELLENT job. Food was great and plentiful. The only thing we had an issue with, upstairs where we sat was chilly. We dress appropriately based on the outdoor weather but with sweaters in we were still chilly upstairs. We did mention it but I’m not sure anything was done… Thank you Lauren for a great night!!💝

We love dining at Leonessa. The food is always unique, delicious, and wonderfully prepared. We enjoyed our Valentines dinner there. We ordered a Caesar salad as an appetizer because the description said that it had white anchovies in it and we love them. We were disappointed however when we could only find ONE white anchovy in it. We told our server, Michael V, who was rather dismissive and shrugged it off.

HI Heidi, I am so glad that you enjoyed your meal here-sorry to hear about the Caesar- usually we put at least 3 or 4 white anchovies on the salad- As we were informed after you finished the plate, we were unable to correct it immediately which we would have been more than happy to- next time please reiterate your love for anchovies!
