Amy Morton and James Beard Awarded Chef Debbie Gold come full circle with LeTour Brasserie. The menu boasts "unconventionally French" fare with signature Moroccan dishes and influences, all served in a a 360 degree room. Located in Downtown Evanston, just blocks from Northwestern University, the Evanston cinemas and the soon to be Northlight Theatre.


Reservations are being taken for the dining room. The lounge and bar are available nightly for walk-ins. We hold about 20% of our dining room for walk-ins, so you don't always have to plan ahead.

Private Events? Oui! We can accommodate up to 250 guests.

                                                        Wonderful ambience and excellent service. Food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the cheese board and the chicken tangine. Would happily return to celebrate another special occasion.

                                                        As always wonderful food, wine, and service. The Tagines are better than in Morocco. Mary and staff provided excellent service.

                                                        The food was all off the mark. Menu sounds great but not executed well. Need a new chef. The service was slow, server didn’t think to take a drink order, insisted that a party of 6 order appetizers and entrees all at once “unless we wanted to be there for 3 hours”, and server failed to tell us gratuity was included.

                                                        Escargot on mashed potatoes was so boring & tasteless. Seafood Tagine dull. Flourless chocolate cake probably worse I’ve ever had. My Tito martini was great, blue cheese olive out of a jar…. Not authentic!!!! C’mon really?

                                                        Service was excellent, food mediocre except for the Crispy Kalettes which our server highly recommended. The Boeuf Burguignon was fatty, the Seafood Tagine tasteless (unless I added the Chermoula which was extremely hot) except for the shrimp which were good. My husband had a glass of wine which he liked but it was $17, too expensive. The restaurant was too dark to really see the food but quiet enough for us to talk to each other.

                                                        It was a wonderful meal with colleagues and alum from Kellogg. The food was excellent. On par with the best French restaurants in Chicago. Great ambience for conversations. It was easy to hear each other and casually converse.

                                                        I was disappointed with the food. The appetizer was good. They didn't have the entre I came for. The alternative was okay but not my favorite. The mint tea was good. The profiteroles were stale. The place was busy and the service was slow.
