Our waitress was fantastic but they were totally understaffed so we ended up waiting a very long time for our food. The casino should do better

The prime rib offered prior to OLG show was not bad. Worth the money with a cheese cake as dessert. The restaurant has booth sitting. Causal and comfortable.

We had the pizza and wings special! It was delicious and all of the sports on all of the tvs made it fun.

The establishment was short staffed which made the service extremely slow. The servers we had over the course of 3 hours (watching football) were all friendly and apologetic. That made the experience good apposed to poor.

We love this place and will definitely return however we experienced an off night for them. We took friends and they were surprised at how long it took our food to come out. the fries were undercooked and not appealing at all. The food was ok but it did meet the standards we are used to. Oddly we went again Saturday night for the prime rib special and were told things are busy in the kitchen and expect delays...........yet our food was to us within ten min. Again as off night I guess

Ordered 5 prime rib specials after waiting 15 min. tell us they ran out. Reordered and waiting a long time again. Everyone got order except one. She waited while we all ate. Ended up canceling her order and shared from us. They said there was no manager on duty and would not offer us anything for compensation. It's not right that they run out of the special at 6:30 in the evening. We are regulars and have never had a problem before. Our server was so apologetic we felt bad for him. We do enjoy it there and will be returning hoping it was just an off night.

We make a point of going to this sports bar everytime we are in Niagara Falls. We make reservations to get a booth. The service is always outstanding and the food is excellent. Presentation is great, and food is delicious, no matter what we order. Looking forward to next time!

Generally our food is great, and we enjoy our meals, but yesterday we were somewhat disappointed. We were celebrating a birthday. It was cold and the serving size was not as generous as usual. We share meals because there is enough food for two, (and because it is quite pricey) but not yesterday. Most of the staff are awesome, with one or two exceptions that are not very attentive, even when it’s not busy. Other than that we have no complaints.
