This was our first time dining at liberty and Main. we were there for our eight year anniversary and I wanted the night to be special so I had left instructions here on OpenTable, but for whatever reason they were not able to get the instructions and we were not seated where we wanted to be seated and the request for a bottle of Prosecco I had sent was not provided upon our arrival. After explaining this to our server Susan. She quickly looked into it and was extremely genuinely so apologetic and made the night amazing by making up for that little misunderstanding. As the same goes, “it’s the little things “The owners, Michael and Julie Feighery really care about their customers, and they truly care about their reputation and they made us feel like family. They are extremely kind and generous. Took care of us like if we were visiting their home and having dinner with them. Wow, what service and attention we got. The serving staff are top notch and they work with each other
we had Susan, and she was exactly as kind and generous as the owners. The food was amazing. I’ve been wanting to come for a few years after seeing them previewed on Phantom gourmet. I don’t understand how people can write false information about such a great place with amazing owners and employees. We will definitely come back and bring a bigger crowd.
