Lidia's features authentic, regional Italian cuisine. Every item at the restaurant is house-made entirely from scratch with the best ingredients available. Breads and desserts are baked in-house daily and each salad and entree is prepared fresh.

Every day Lidia's offers a sampling of seasonal, daily-made pastas. We also feature many seafood, chicken, pork, and beef options. We are happy to accommodate your dietary needs including gluten-free items.

Lidia's is located in the historic Freighthouse-- a beautiful 19th century building. The stunning decor includes three hand-blown chandeliers, a three-story slate fireplace, and cozy, New York style seating.

Please note: Separate billing for parties of 6 or more is not allowed. Maximum of 3 cards per transaction.

                                                        I was surprised to learn that our party of 8 business travelers would not be able to have separate checks. To assist us with our needs, we were seated as two separate tables of 4 each next to each other and were able to receive separate checks. Thank you for your help. We had great meals and service!

                                                        We dine here often, so I was a little disappointed that the duck breast was not prepared better. Very fatty cut. The polenta was just ok. Other than that, the others at the table had no complaints. I will stick to what they are known for, Italian pasta and sauce. Our waitress was delightful, and very knowledgeable of the menu items.

                                                        I’ve loved Lidia’s for many years. But last night, they let us down. The cocktails we ordered when we were seated weren’t served until we were almost finished with our salad course. 3 of the 4 of us, ordered the pasta trio. My friends had never been to Lidia’s and I assured them the pasta trio would not disappoint. All 3 of the pastas were sticky and had been prepared too far in advance from the time of service. Previous visits to Lidia’s were always earlier evening, around 6:00. Last night’s reservation was at 8:00. Maybe that’s the difference. By the time our entrees were served last night, it was near the end of their dinner service. Next time I’ll try 6:00 again and hope for better results.

                                                        I’ve been looking forward to eating at Lydia’s for quite some time. Finally got a chance to have dinner there and was not disappointed. Everything was wonderful our server,Peter, was great. He was attentive, but not intrusive, and very accommodating to our special requests.
