Lidia's features authentic, regional Italian cuisine. Every item at the restaurant is house-made entirely from scratch with the best ingredients available. Breads and desserts are baked in-house daily and each salad and entree is prepared fresh.

Every day Lidia's offers a sampling of seasonal, daily-made pastas. We also feature many seafood, chicken, pork, and beef options. We are happy to accommodate your dietary needs including gluten-free items.

Lidia's is located in the historic Freighthouse-- a beautiful 19th century building. The stunning decor includes three hand-blown chandeliers, a three-story slate fireplace, and cozy, New York style seating.

Please note: Separate billing for parties of 6 or more is not allowed. Maximum of 3 cards per transaction.

    Lidia’s Kansas City is thrilled to partner with Seattle’s acclaimed 2Bar Bourbon for an extraordinary five-course bourbon pairing dinner featuring Nathan Kaiser, founder of 2Bar Spirits. This one-night-only event promises an immersive culinary experience where exceptional food meets expertly crafted bourbon. The evening also celebrates the release of Lidia's first ever single barrel bourbon, making this a landmark event for Lidia's fans and bourbon drinkers alike. Guests will savor a specially curated five-course menu, each dish thoughtfully paired with 2Bar’s award-winning bourbons to highlight their depth and complexity. Nathan Kaiser will be in attendance to guide guests through the tasting, sharing insights into 2Bar’s unique approach to bourbon-making and the heritage behind the brand. The menu is $170 per person all inclusive and the menu can be found on our website at www.lidias-kc.com under news and events

                                                        I really enjoyed my food and drinks! I wish we had more attention from the server but she did hand large tables, plus us a 2 top. She made it up in the end, so that was nice! Food was amazing

                                                        we have always had a great experience at Lidia's. The guest we had with use from Seattle enjoyed the experience and indicated he would recommend Lidia's to other travelers visiting the KC area.

                                                        There was plenty of seating for our part of 8 but we were put at a table between 2 dining room door asked for main room table.

                                                        The experience at Lidia's was exceptional - ambience, food and service. The prosciutto and burrata appetizer, with fig jam, was delightful. The ceasar salads were HUGE and easily shareable. The Osso Buco, gnocchi and ravioli with pear and cheese were truly exceptional! To enjoy the desserts we needed to take away some of our entrees. The flourless chocolate cake and the streusel did not disappoint!
