Yummy food and great service. Reservation was running late so they moved us inside which I was honestly way happier with and was hoping would happen so a win!

We waited about 20 minutes for our table to be ready and our server didn’t come to our table until about 15 minutes after we were sat. Our server came to our table maybe 3 times and 2 times were to get our order and give us the check. Very disappointed in our dining experience here last night as this is one of my favorite places!

Food is getting worse, shrimps with no flavor, bread with tomato with too much garlic, olives very very cheap and too much vinegar...... and service too aggressive

Both the service and cuisine were amazing! We thought that we might just enjoy the sangria pitcher, but decided on some wine after, too—the recommendation was spot on and we definitely had the best time ever. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. It was so delicious that we even ordered some items to go. I can’t wait to enjoy them tomorrow. Thank you to everyone for making our night so special! While the food was perfect, the service really elevated our wonderful experience! Can’t wait to return.

disclaimer: I am from Spain, and so that inherently influences my expectations when I got to “tapas and Spanish” restaurants. The ambiance and service were excellent but the food was just not good. Sure the portions are tapas size—so the got that right; however; the taste (and authenticity) of food is subpar. We sampled different tapas: pan con tomate, Brussel sprouts salad (not Spanish ?!?), pulpo, and olives. We ordered the tortilla española (a basic dish) and we could not really eat it—it was that bad. Drinks were okay. Vermut not really served as supposed to. I ordered a glass of Albariño that was a bit warm. Overall, not a good place to try if you are hoping to have some authentic traditional dishes from Spain. Prices (compared to other places in Chicago) were reasonable. I would skip the place for dinner lunch/dinner. I would consider coming back only for happy hour for a glass of Rioja/Ribera (I would be scared to order white wine again)—the gildas available only during happy hour are not bad (not quite authentic but not terrible).

We had a phenomenal server whose name we missed - he was extremely helpful in ordering our food and very charismatic towards us.
