Lilac, the Michelin-starred Mediterranean restaurant helmed by the esteemed Chef John Fraser, redefines the art of dining. It exclusively offers a 4-course prix fixe menu featuring signature elements of Chef Fraser's Mediterranean cuisine mastery, explored through the lens of Floridian coastal produce.

Open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, the dining room’s open concept, walnut flooring, and glowing pendant globes surround an eight-seat Christian Liaigre chef’s counter and a lively open kitchen, creating a convivial, yet elevated environment. Taking its cues from Fraser’s Greek heritage and his admiration of Turkish and French cuisines, Lilac’s balanced menu is a celebration of the chef’s vegetable-forward philosophy using fresh, seasonal, and locally-sourced ingredients.

                                                                          An exquisite dinning experience. We loved getting to try a variety of things a little more outside of the norm. A delicious and powerful blend to make everything worth savoring. Will be coming back as soon as possible. Jessie was the most attentive, authentic, and knowledgeable person to share the experience with.

                                                                          Amazing food and service! The pork belly and charred octopus was incredible! Jesse and Josue were very attentive and thoughtful! It’s a hearty cost but well worth it!

                                                                          This was the best meal of my life. My dad and I went and ate at 3 Michelin star restaurants in a span of 3 days and lilac blew it out of the water. The service was too notch everyone was willing to talk and have banter back and forth it was attentive without being stuck up. The mocktails were really a good choice I have never had sparkling tea and it was really good. All of the food was on point you will definitely not leave hungry. The team did a great job there was never to much down time in between courses it was spot in. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the food and I told our server to let the chef decide on my meal and I will continue to do so. I suggest Lilac for anyone's first Michelin star experience as it has moved to the top of my best meal that I have ever had. The atmosphere also was really nice only around 15 or so tables still quiet and able to watch the chefs work.

                                                                          Overall the food was great and the service was outstanding. My only downside was that the menu letters are way too small to read and the Casio e Pepe too salty.

                                                                          I recently dined at Lilac at The Edition, and while the experience had some incredible highlights, there were also a few disappointments that kept it from being a five-star experience. First, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the evening special. The ambiance was effortlessly romantic—elegant, intimate, and perfect for a special occasion. As for the food, it was a mix of highs and lows. The beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and flavorful. The desserts were also a standout—beautifully plated and delicious. However, some of the seafood dishes missed the mark. The octopus tentacle and scallops were unfortunately overcooked, which was disappointing given the price point and reputation of the restaurant. Speaking of price, while I expected a premium cost for a fine dining experience, the value didn’t quite align. A dinner that exceeded $500 should have been flawless, and the inconsistencies in execution made it hard to justify. On top of that, having to pay $40 for valet due to an event at the nearby arena added to the frustration. Overall, the service and atmosphere alone made it a good experience, but the food’s inconsistencies and the additional costs took away from the overall value. I wanted to give it a five-star review, but given the price and a few misses in execution, I’d say it’s more of a 3.5 to 4-star experience. I hope to return and see improvements because the potential is definitely there.

                                                                          Service was great, but the food was incredibly subpar. We’ve eaten fine dining and Michelin star many times and this did not live up to our standards. Food was cold and bland. Cocktails were not good. Wish we had picked a different place for Valentine’s Day dinner.
