Teddy Bouroncle, a self-proclaimed 'cocinero comilón', follows in the footsteps of his grandparents, combining unexpected quality ingredients to create explosive flavors inspired by his beloved home — Lima. Staying true to Peru’s culinary practice of fusing international cuisine with local ingredients, our dishes are made with locally grown herbs and greens, homemade sourdough, and fresh Catches of the Day. Toast with wines that take you on a journey around the world. Celebrate the island life with ice-cold local beers and sip creative cocktails made with authentic Peruvian liqueur. Enjoy our air-conditioned dining room or terrace where you can enjoy the stunning views of Oranjestad's marina at Harbour House.

Kids Policy: In order to accommodate guests who are seeking a quiet and relaxing night out, Lima Bistro does not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under the age of 10 after 7 p.m. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or on the outside terrace.

The restaurant was missing ambience. We were given a small table between two other small tables that was similar to what you would find at a diner. The table was really small with barely enough room for all your dishes. When you are spending at least a $100 plus per person with appetizer, main dish, drinks I think you should have a nice table and not be crowded. Food was good but not spectacular. Service was good - attentive.

Wow! It’s a culinary experience to remember. We had the tuna and cauliflower. Every bite was so tasty that I want to go back and try even more. The people who sat next to us raved about their food as well. Beautiful location as well! Keep this one on your list and make reservations ahead

Wonderful food, atmosphere and service. The best meal I had in Aruba. Some of the flavors of the appetizers were unreal. The only reason I gave the food a 4 and not a 5 was that my fish entree was just slightly dry, although still delicious. Great experience and would highly recommend.

Lima Bistro is by far our favorite restaurant in Aruba. The food is excellent - great crudos and ceviche. The tuna tartare was the best dish last night. Service is attentive and the waitress we had made great recommendations for dishes to try. You will have a great meal here!

Lima Bistro is one of the best restaurants on the island. Food is insanely delicious and the service is fantastic! An absolute must if you visit Aruba.

Great experience and food, we sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the staff prepare sumptuousness. One of the best restaurants on the island, no doubt. And the cocktails are wonderful.

Amazing food and service as always! The lomo saltado, market ceviche, and french toast here are the best I've ever had. Anywhere.

We had read rave reviews about Lima Bistro, including comments from the locals. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. We were a party of 3, and we ordered 3 appetizers: Scallop, shoyu butter, chips, chives; Tuna tartar, rocoto, furikake, avocado, vinegar, potato chips; Octopus, olitava, peppers, balsamic, basil, kale. Main entrees were Grilled tuna steak, peppercorn crust, yakimeshi, shoyu butter, cucumber salad; Lobster sous vide, risotto, sweet peas, pumpkin, bisque sauce. We completed our feast with Chocolate mousse, fruits, earth, vanilla cream, and Chirimoya panna cotta, orange, chocolate, honey. Each dish was absolutely delightful and flavorful. The servers were attentive and courteous. We highly recommend Lima Bistro.
