Teddy Bouroncle, a self-proclaimed 'cocinero comilón', follows in the footsteps of his grandparents, combining unexpected quality ingredients to create explosive flavors inspired by his beloved home — Lima. Staying true to Peru’s culinary practice of fusing international cuisine with local ingredients, our dishes are made with locally grown herbs and greens, homemade sourdough, and fresh Catches of the Day. Toast with wines that take you on a journey around the world. Celebrate the island life with ice-cold local beers and sip creative cocktails made with authentic Peruvian liqueur. Enjoy our air-conditioned dining room or terrace where you can enjoy the stunning views of Oranjestad's marina at Harbour House.

Kids Policy: In order to accommodate guests who are seeking a quiet and relaxing night out, Lima Bistro does not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under the age of 10 after 7 p.m. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or on the outside terrace.

    Decided to stop at Lima Bistro on our first stay in Aruba. We felt rushed, however, after the hostess seated us. The appetizers we ordered came out immediately after the bread was served. In general, our server seemed rushed, looking at her watch and not really wanting to engage with us or even enquire if we had questions about any of the items on the menu. The food was uniformly outstanding, but the service detracted from our overall experience.

    Lima never disappoints. The food was delicious as always. I tried a special appetizer consisting of grilled scallops and Gruyère cheese in a bechamel sauce, it was fantastic. Then I had the tuna steak which is one of my favorite dishes here. It was cooked perfectly! Unfortunately, I did not have room for dessert this trip but the Mescalinda cocktail was a great finish to the meal.

    Na jaren van positieve ervaringen nu een hele slechte. Ik bestel vaker alleen een aantal voorgerechten die normaal netjes na elkaar komen. Maar nu werden ze in eerste instantie in 1 keer uitgeserveerd. Toen ik er iets van aangaf gingen er twee terug naar de keuken, maar niet in alle vriendelijkheid. Nog geen minuut later kwam de volgende serveerster en die wilde weer de derde gerecht uitserveren. Coordinatie ontbrak volledig. Als je een fles wijn bestelt dan drink je die toch niet in 10 minuten leeg? Ook sommige gerechten waren qua samenstelling veranderd, maar niet ten goede. De vis in de Crudo was taai. Overal gebakken aardappeltjes tussendoor gooien is geen toegevoegde waarde. In mijn beleving is de kwaliteit sterk afgenomen. Heel jammer.

    This was by far the best meal we’ve had so far on our trip. Everything was so fresh and delicious, even the complimentary bread (which we proceeded to order more of). Ceviche and octopus were so good and very different flavors than I’ve ever had for those dishes. Some of t$3 restaurants here have weirdly high review for very mid food but this restaurant deserves every 5 star review. I just wish we had this place up in Boston!

    Our first time at Lima Bistro but it won't be our last. The service is outstanding, many members of the staff working together to provide you with a great experience. Our main waiter was Karen and she was delightful! Our appetizers and meals were out of the ordinary dishes and delicious. Can't wait to go back next year!

    This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. The food and service were top notch. We had the Octopus, crudo plate, and scallops for appetizers. For dinner, we had the Short Rib, Lobster Sou Vi, pork chop, and Branzino. All of these dishes were prepared perfectly but our favorites were the short rib and the lobster.

    Jean our server curated the whole night to be one to remember. She was so kind, curious, and helpful. She even gave me her pen at the end of the night because it was sparkly and I complimented her 🥲. The food? Do yourself a favor and get the octopus. Best on the island. Fresh and perfectly seasoned. Melts in your mouth. Every dish was delightfully presented, unpretentious, and delivered on taste in spades. If you’re choosing between one place and Lima Bistro — choose Lima Bistro.
