-Some foods like Spanakopita and the 2 soups were excellent, and our server was very attentive. That, however, is the end of the praise.
- Our fish dishes came out lukewarm, and for the price we had expected them to come out hot.
-The bread was just ok, the tomato salad tasted good but for the price we had expected more than just huge pieces of tomatoes and peppers that we then needed to significantly cut down. The vegetables should have been cut more for us, especially at that price point.
-One of the staff who brought the wine spilled some (maybe 10-20%, not just a few drops) and didn't offer to replace what was spilled.
-The deconstructed baclava had cream - why? Baclava, at least the non-Greek versions that we have eaten, does not have cream, and there was a lot of cream. The person who brought it mashed it up for us without asking. We did not want to eat the cream and would have enjoyed it much more if we could simply avoid the cream but it was too late.
-Staff removed dishes without asking if we were finished. The tzakizi or whatever the white food part of the spanakopita we hardly touched - one of the staff removed it without asking. I had a piece of bread uneaten, which they took away without asking.
UPDATE: we gave originally 3 stars but the restaurant reached out to us to make things right, which we found a nice gesture. Consequently, we are giving 4 stars now.
