   Due to threatening weather, we chose to eat inside. The venue is a beautiful historic hotel with a distant view of San Francisco and the bay. We ordered brunch entrees (omelettes and a chicken cutlet on a special pancake) which were wonderfully prepared and presented. Service was excellent. We enjoyed the dining experience except I hesitate to return for 3 reasons: primarily the noise level is too high, prices are high, and the Open Table cancellation policy is too restrictive & punitive.

   The food was delicious and portions were generous. , We started off with appetizers(steak, sliders, shrimp, toast, fries, Parker House rolls, and Louisiana style chicken tenderswe’re too full to enjoy an entree. Our server M, was delightful & the busing/table service staff were energetic and engaging. From the valet parking, the restaurant hostess to the table/ serving staff, it was an A+ experience.The view of the Bay from your table, jadds to the wonderful experience. We went out to the patio and took some great photos! We’re already planning our next visit!

   We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Service was excellent, food was beautifully prepared and view & decor were perfect.

   Chris was our waiter and did an excellent job!!! We appreciate that the staff works as a TEAM and delivering the food and drink as they are ready. The FOOD was delicious. From the shrimp avo toast to the classic breakfast and the smash burger, everything was perfect. We will go back asap!

   My wife and I went to have a nice breakfast on Sunday morning. Food was great and the service was amazing. Not to mention the great views.

   The food and service was wonderful. After we left the restaurant with our validated parking stub - I placed my validated parking in meter- the parking gate device still gave me a $40.00 parking bill… I honestly was shocked. The gate person was kind enough to intervene and let me go- but really? 40 bucks is crazy steep— AFTER validation.

   The food is great, and the staff does their best to take care of the customers (thank you). And you can't beat the ambience and location and views out the window. It's a special place.
