Flexibility: the time of dining was for 6:30. We had an exhausting tour so requested an earlier time. The host provided a 4:30 time slot. Thank you!
The ambiance: the restaurant is arranged to make maximum use of space with the demand volume. It felt a bit crowded. As we were seated in our first table for two, the ability to appreciate the view and the limited privacy led me to request another table that had more privacy and ability for both my husband and myself to see the fantastic 56th floor view. Thank you again!
The staff was so accommodating. Martin and Alex were so attentive. Anytime I had a question or a request, they were quick to attend and meet our needs with smiles. I appreciated their patience with my limited Spanish language capability. The staff can speak English; however, I was interested in practicing, as usual.
The food was very beautiful. The dragon roll is a must try. The sauce is subtle, rich and creamy. the rice, salmon, and seaweed was done very well.
The duck breast is also a must try. It was juicy, tender, and came with an aioli sauce that perfectly accompanied the gently roasted pineapple slices.
Try the soup dumplings. they have a minced meat and sauce stuffing that can be cradled with the short soup spoon.
to ensure the food was not overwhelmed with a strong beverage, we had a bottle of local Mexico rose: very refreshing and gentle.
