Service was the worst I have ever had. Say they closed at 11 but made us pay at 10:15 before even done eating and then took the glass of wine away before it was done. They cleared food without it being fished or asking. One man was the worst. Made us feel like we had to leave and he didn’t want us there. When I went to pay they took the card machine away before I could even click that I wanted a receipt and choose no receipt for me. I have been out a lot and never seen such rude and horrible service. It again was 10:15 and they close at 11!

Food is always good and drinks came out fast, but the waitress and waiters made me feel really rushed

My wife and I had an absolutely mediocre, unsatisfying dinner at Little Ruby's East Village last night, and we won't be going back. I had the Ruby's Ragu ("slow braised beef short rib, pappardelle, pecorino, burrata." Sounds great, right? Well the food I was served was VERY close in flavor to the canned Chef Boyardee Beefaroni I used to eat when I was 6. Which is to say, extremely bland. And my House Salad ($8) was exactly 3 small pieces of bib lettuce with a little dressing. Really? No other veggies in the kitchen? And my wife had the "Crispy Rice Bowl," with add ons of grilled chicken and avocado. With the add ons this dish came to $30, and it was basically a salad with a thimble-ful of chicken and avocado- very disappointing. So $100 later (with no drinks) we left hungry and disappointed, glad to get out of this very noisy, tight space. Maybe it's better for brunch- but I don't think we're going to find that out. (BTW the employees were very nice.)

Everything felt very rushed , we were in and out with 45 mins because they literally made us pay while we were still eating. Food was good but nothing to write home about, quite like warm
