East-Meets-West dishes that inspire and evoke a feeling of being welcomed into Chef Vuong's home. Little Sister's menu showcases Chef Tin's take on one of the more interesting and rich collisions of food and culture that was borne out of the European colonization of Southeast Asia.

Dishes blend and balance the spices and flavors of Southeast Asia with French techniques and Dutch and British colonial influences. The menu is continually and progressively evolving, reflecting inspiration and the seasons. Chef Tin curates the restaurant's wine and beverage program with a focus on intriguing labels, both domestically and from around the world.

I went there with my family the waitress put us in a seat that is very close to the door so whenever the door opens, the cold wind comes in and it was very cold for us. The food is tasty but too salty in my opinion, we especially asked for non-spicy because I have a two-year-old and seven-year-old but the food is still spicy. Overall I think the experience is OK. The ambience is good but the food is just so so. I was expecting more. The server is also good but not a lot of extra care. In terms of Value, i would say it’s okay for a date but not so much for family.

When a costumer talks about a good allergy, try and actually take it seriously.

Had a wonderful family dinner at the Spectrum. Food was delicious as always but noise level was a little high but ultimately this was a Saturday night so expected that. Will definitely be back.

Although the food was outstanding, our waitress seemed too busy with other tables to attend to our needs. Fortunately, a waiter from an adjacent area helped us and was very professional and attentive. I would not go back. Good food, the high price of Vietnamese food, but not worth returning due to the poor service.

The food was excellent. The server was extremely and forgot about us. My husband’s mentioned that we had been waiting for for our bill and take away containers. She and another staff immediately took care of us. The server later apologized for being swamped. Am planning on going again.

Food was exceptional - unique, interesting, flavorful. Food presentation was outstanding. Portions were generous. Service was good. Only disappointment was that they played 60's rap music at such a high volume thay you couldn't have a pleasant conversation, with out a continual, "What did you say?"

Outdoor noise level is low. Indoor noise level is too much. I don’t want 80s pop blasting in my ear. Fried sea bass is such a gem. But pho is atrocious. Service is off.

Had never been to Little Sister and had heard mixed reviews about service. It exceeded expectations. We had a table of 4 and the service was great, Gabriella who looked after us was lovely and attentive and the food was fantastic. Great atmosphere of diners enjoying their Friday evening.
