East-Meets-West dishes that inspire and evoke a feeling of being welcomed into Chef Vuong's home. Little Sister's menu showcases Chef Tin's take on one of the more interesting and rich collisions of food and culture that was borne out of the European colonization of Southeast Asia.

Dishes blend and balance the spices and flavors of Southeast Asia with French techniques and Dutch and British colonial influences. The menu is continually and progressively evolving, reflecting inspiration and the seasons. Chef Tin curates the restaurant's wine and beverage program with a focus on intriguing labels, both domestically and from around the world.

My wife and I came here for a date night, and had never been. Our server was Adam and we asked him to just make choices for us and bring food. It was all incredible! Service was fantastic. Food was wonderful. It was a little loud so if you’re looking for a quiet place, this is not it, but everything else is wonderful. Definitely coming back.

Unique take on elevated Vietnamese food. Enjoyed the Papaya Salad, Curry, Sticky Rice and Salmon. The Indoor tables are situated closely to each other so noise level is accentuated but tolerable. The servers were not the friendliest but they got the job done (probably due to New Year’s Eve). This was our second visit and we plan to go back - maybe try the outdoor seating next time.

Great ambiance and great people working there. The food was great with very tender beef. I had the beef with noodles.

The food is amazing!!! The specialty cocktails have well balanced flavors as well. The vibe of the place is really cool too. Great experience and I’ll keep coming back!

I went there with my family the waitress put us in a seat that is very close to the door so whenever the door opens, the cold wind comes in and it was very cold for us. The food is tasty but too salty in my opinion, we especially asked for non-spicy because I have a two-year-old and seven-year-old but the food is still spicy. Overall I think the experience is OK. The ambience is good but the food is just so so. I was expecting more. The server is also good but not a lot of extra care. In terms of Value, i would say it’s okay for a date but not so much for family.

When a costumer talks about a good allergy, try and actually take it seriously.

Had a wonderful family dinner at the Spectrum. Food was delicious as always but noise level was a little high but ultimately this was a Saturday night so expected that. Will definitely be back.
