"For the first time in my life, I experienced racism. I have never felt this way before. There was no place for me at the table; I was placed in the farthest corner, where there was no proper lighting or service. I informed the head of staff, but he responded to me with sarcasm. He then sent one of the employees to tell me to wait for a short while, but I ended up waiting for over an hour. I had arrived on time, even 15 minutes early, yet the way I was treated was incredibly disappointing and far below my expectations. They were mocking me in English, and their behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful.
I truly believe that people should be treated with respect regardless of their appearance, skin color, or religion. I will never return to this place, which I once believed would be one of the most beautiful places I wanted to visit. Unfortunately, this terrible experience has wasted my time and disrupted my schedule. I traveled all the way from Kassel, Germany, expecting to enjoy a wonderful evening, but instead, I was met with such poor treatment. Please make sure to take this matter seriously. I can't even bring myself to say thank you, but I feel compelled to do so, as this is what I’ve been taught by my father and my community in Germany: tolerance and that all people, regardless of their color or religion, should be treated equally. Thank you for this extremely disappointing experience."
