For over 40 years, Il Mulino New York has prepared authentic Abruzzese cuisine with unparalleled service.

    Been there many times. This was the worst experience. Was quite busy for a Tuesday night due to convention. Waited 25 minutes before anyone came to the table. Never received the complimentary bread or bruschetta. After about an hour, a nearby waiter stopped at our table to see if anyone came to us. We requested bread and was served it. I ordered the vodka crab fettuccini special. Very dry and was hard to swallow. Waiter never came to see if we were OK. We ordered dessert & requested the check. Had to ask 3 more time for the check. Very disappointed this visit.

    I wish I could separate the whole staff from our server. The whole staff was a 10+, from the minute we walked in. Everyone was so attentive to our every needs. BRAVO 👏. Our server on the other hand was, to say the least, pretentious and not very nice. We wanted desert, but he never came over to us. He went to the table right next to us about 15 minutes earlier and never even looked in our direction. We asked when we flagged him down if we'd have time for desert before our show and he said, NO. I wish I knew his name. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EMPHATICALLY, GREAT, and I will return.

    From start to finish- outstanding. For an appetizer we ordered the carpaccio. Fresh and delicious. For dinner we ordered the pollo en crosta with a side of homemade pasta and the cacio e Pepe. Both dishes were perfectly prepared. What truly stands out here is the service from the staff. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, you are constantly taken care of. You can tell that service is a top priority here- paired with well made food.

    Food is always consistently good. Wait staff is awesome. Every time we come to hardrock we go to Mulinos at least once if not twice.
