Seating in the Lobby Lounge is currently available on a walk in basis. Register when you arrive at the lobby by seeing our host near the bar area. For more information, please contact the hotel directly at 647-788-8281.

The Lobby Lounge is a destination where art and architecture are emphasized. Guests find themselves in the 90-seat Lobby Lounge – an urban living room – where natural light streams through two-story windows highlighting large scale paintings, sculpture and an Italian handcrafted Fazioli piano set amid furniture vignettes in contemporary dove-grey leather sofas and chairs.

Enjoy our signature Lunar New Year inspired afternoon tea crafted to elevate your festivities. Delight in exquisite teas, delicate sweets, and savoury bites that embody the season’s vibrance, all within a sophisticated setting adorned with red and golden décor. This experience is available at $108 per person, excluding taxes & service charges. Available from January 23 to February 9, 2025. (Thursdays to Sundays only) First seating at noon and last seating at 4 PM.

I’m very disappointed that the thematic was still Christmas. We’re a month ahead, it doesn’t make sense. Food was not satisfying, mostly not for the price. Feels like a joke, really disappointed.

Great food, drinks and service but it appears that hotel guests are using the area as their kids playroom/daycare with no rules reinforced whatsoever. I won’t be returning.

My mother and I had a wonderful experience here for afternoon tea. Our server Khadijah was attentive and explained the various dishes being presented throughly. The afternoon tea menu was unique and tasteful. Highly recommend for special occasions!

As usual, afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge was amazing. The food was tasty and the service is always top notch (you feel cared for and important). The piano music is beautiful but maybe because of the way the lobby is designed it can sound kind of loud and you have to speak louder to have conversations.

The Nutcracker Tea is a lovely event for Christmas time. This is just a personal preference, but I prefer more savory and less sweets. It was a 50/50 ratio. Otherwise a lovely afternoon!

The overall set up needs to be improved. There is no obvious reservations desk designated to the Lobby Lounge. There needs to be separation created between the general public and the seating area for the afternoon teas. Random people on multiple occasions sat down at reserved tables or walked through the space. The food was also disappointing. The savoury was the best part. The scones were not what I know to be scones. The desserts, although creative and festive, were not very tasty. Overall, I feel someone should greet you as you enter for this experience and make the space more private/separate from others not attending the tea.
