LOCALE is housed in a charming 160 year old building at the 4 corners of beautiful King City, Ontario. Locale's scratch kitchen serves a quality driven Italian focused Chef created menu. With it's two floors and seasonal patio Locale is known to be an energetic neighbourhood gathering place which offers an impressive wine menu as well as handcrafted cocktails.

    Every time we dine at Locale the experience seems even better than the time before, if that’s possible. 😊 The food was beautifully prepared and the entrees were chose were delicious. The chicken was moist and succulent and the pasta was cooked in the Mediterranean tradition of simplicity with fresh ingredients and not overwhelmed with garlic. :) It’s more than just the fooo…the entire dining experience is exceptional. The servers and management go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. Top marks for everything! 👍😎 Monty

    Delicious, innovative options. Fresh ingredients in salads result in light but very flavourful appetizers. Try the dumplings in mushroom brodo, filled with spinach, and tasting like home cooking. We had two pasta dishes, the pappardelle and the ravioli, both excellent. Great service from all the staff!

    Our server Eli was very attentive. The drinks were delightful. We had the Empress Slush. Strawberry Margherita and the Amalfi sunset. All were potent and enjoyable. The only downside was our meal took close to an hour but the apps and drinks were on point in terms of timing. I had the pasta and wild boar dish. It was a very healthy portion. I wouldn't hesitate to dine here again.

    Don't be fooled by the relatively small menu, everything is amazing and we've enjoyed almost everything on the menu. The wine list is deceptively great too. And you cannot beat the service. A neighbourhood gem well worth the trip and if you can get seated on the patio it's even more fantastic.
