    30 minute wait to sit with a reservation. Ordered food and 30 minutes later told one of our dishes wasn’t available. Told the server that we’d like to have pastries and coffee after our brunch. When we were finished we were told the kitchen was closed and they could offer desserts but not pastries… Overall food was good, but the quality of hospitality needs to be improved.

    Very nice restaurant, we try to have dinner there when staying in New York. Service was a bit disappointing.

    Arrived for my reservation on time and they did not have my table ready. Ended up having sinner at the bar. When I booked there were many table available so confused why i would have needed to wait.

    service was very off. our server- non existent, although bussers- always there, but to the point of just clearing out the table before we were done with food/drinks. had to place order for drinks multiple times. impossible to call the restaurant, they send you to guest relations text service, but they said the reservation time was modified and upon arrival to the restaurant it looked like it wasn’t. not a very smooth experience. food was good though

    Love Locanda Verde-had a lunch with a client and we always go there. Raviolis were outstanding -as was the hanger steak. I’m a raving fan!

    I have been a fan for many years and come “regularly” … But this time the service fell short that it kind of ruined the experience, as we were celebrating a birthday. Sides are to be serviced with the meal, not after. Service was not reactive, had to ask for simple things multiple times. They finally brought out a sad scoop of ice cream with a candle as I was paying the check, and half the party had already left the table ! 👎🏻
