    We’ve been to the Lone Star in Richmond Hill before and the servers are just fantastic. Everything is always so good there quick the food is delicious. We really enjoy going to that Lone Star.

    We are regulars at this lonestar location. Service was OK, waiter seemed to be distracted when a group of what I assume were old staff came by. Food was OK as well, though portion sizes seem to be going down (we had Fajitas) chicken filled barely 2 shells. What was most disappointing was they seem to be allowing dogs into the restaurant - there was a woman fairly close to us with a dog on her lap, then on her shoulder, dog licking the table... when did this be come acceptable? If it is a service dog, I get it, it stays on the floor by your foot. We brought it to the attention of our waiter and crickets....dogs (other than service animals) should not be allowed in restaurants. for those of us with allergies, how it that OK?

    Our server Blaze was great quick to get drink and food orders and checked in throughout. Unfortunately out of the 5 meals we ordered there was something not correct about 3 of them. My son order the taco bowl with guacamole (no guacamole came with his order). My daughter order chicken quesadillas (came out as a steak quesadillas with my son’s guacamole). I ordered the double bacon burger (there was no bbq sauce on the burger). It was busy and we aren’t going to be those people to cause a scene. Just a little disappointing as we drove in over an hour to take our daughter out for dinner between studying for exams. Even though the orders were not correct the food and service was still great.

    I was a very good experience all the way around. Staff very friendly and food was delicious. Great experience looking forward to coming back.
