It was busy, understandably so since it's the last day of the tax relief. We were seated promptly as we had our reservation transferred from another Lonestar because of kitchen issues. We waited about 20 minutes before our server came to acknowledge us, that was a long time but what made it worst was a table that was seated 15 minutes after us was greeted and their orders were taken before our server came. I was reluctant but my wife went to voice her displeasure. We waited around 40 minutes until our main course came out. 60 minutes from entering the restaurant for food is ridiculous since we were never checked up on nor updated on the progress of the kitchen. The experience at this Lonestar location did not meet our expectations, we have been to other Lonestar's when it was even busier. I am not certain I will give them another chance, parking situation was bad but it's always bad with so many restaurants in one area.
