Los Canarios are classic restaurants that use the traditional flavors of Mexican-Spanish food, located in the most exclusive areas of Mexico City, with the versatility of not being pigeonholed into a single culinary aspect and with the quality of a careful service. Los Canarios have been characterized by an excellent cost-benefit ratio in terms of service and quality of dishes with generous portions, prepared with the homely and special touch of its Mayoras and the quality standard of the highest of its products.
Some of the specialties that have made Los Canarios famous are the Chemita steak, Pámpano a la Sal, "Canarios" Duck and in season Maguey Worms and Escamoles.

    Me parece que han bajado mucho la calidad de la comida y del servicio. No había mucha gente y había que corretear a los meseros por todo. El pulpo muy bueno, el Filete Chemita muy pasable
