I wish I had better things to say! We had high hopes as many had recommended Losanti.
Service was tragic - our server didn’t make a single rec, didn’t touch the table after either course, didn’t ask if we were enjoying, didn’t make sure our steak temp was correct. Based on the price point, there should be a much higher expectation for service.
We were seated in the library and the music could not have been louder - and I’m no boomer. This was just beyond necessary type of volume.
We didn’t see any one who resembled a floor manager or supervisor the entire service. So it wasn’t even like we had the opportunity to give feedback in the moment.
The food was not great - everything was edible, but lacked proper seasoning and depth. Our steak was overcooked and the chimichurri looked so unappealing. The bolo had an unpleasant sweetness to it. But our French onion soup was good.
My partner and I had come in with intentions to spend on dinner, drinks and dessert.. and instead we were left hanging with each course and couldn’t wait to get out.
I will say, there were decent servers giving better service around us. And the food didn’t drag. Which was surprising considering it was a Sunday night. But other than that, nothing positive to say. I’d suggest anyone go to their sister restaurant Rosie’s over this any day.
