The food and atmosphere was exceptional, but the service could have been better. We were never asked if we wanted a second drink and were unable to get our server’s attention until the meal was over. We would have spent more money on drinks had our server bothered to check in on us.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Service was very good and so was the food. Unfortunately, the lack of acoustics caused the server to misunderstand my order and omitted the chicken which I wanted. It wasn't the end of the world, but he admitted he couldn't hear my request.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

I love Lou Lou's. It's super casual. Conversations can be heard without having to shout. Entrees are all good and tasty. The banana pudding for dessert was average, I thought, although our server said it was made in house with a one-of-kind recipe. The bread pudding is the dessert to have.
