Definitely glad I made a reservation for a Monday night over the holidays. They were super busy! Pizza was fantastic mozzarella sticks were fantastic. Drinks were fantastic. Definitely will be coming back!

Deep dish butter crust pizza is the best. Same for the Lou Malnati’s Salad. Our server Cheyenne was great, personable and attentive.

This location needs an overhaul and deep clean. The food was mediocre and our server was obnoxious. Too bad as this was a favorite of ours to bring out of town guests.

Experience was fine. Costs were a bit high for pizza but I knew what I was getting into. Service was also great. Can never go wrong with Lou's

When a table orders dinners together, they should all be brought out around the same time (or in a reasonable amount of time) . I ordered pasta and received it 30 min before the pizzas came out. This should never happen. My food got cold before the rest of the table got their food.

Great pizza but the calamari was horrible, bland and tasteless, no tentacled head pieces, and just very disappointing.

Our server was outstanding but unfortunately I cannot remember her name. Round table to the left of the hostess station if that helps. Were there from 6:30 to 8.

This was the first time using open table. It was very easy to use. Will definitely use this app again. The pizza at Lou’s was delicious. The staff there was amazing.
