Great customer service! Food unfortunately was terrible and we regret eating the food here! Pizza came out watery. And large chunks of tomatoes for sauce, very disappointing. Not real Chicago deep dish pizza!

Ridiculous wait time, food was super mediocre. Go up the block to Eataly and get real food. Or just go to Pizza Hut. Disappointing for sure. Only positive was Luis, our server who was excellent!

Worst food and service I’ve experienced in a Chicago restaurant. Sent wings back to kitchen twice for being cold and undercooked—server blamed it on the “weather outside.” Classic pizza was immense let down in comparison to other deep dish spots around the city.

We were not impressed. We had a reservation for 7:15. I called the day before to ask if we could order early, knowing that the deep dish pizza can take a long time. I was told to order ahead through the app, put a note in the “special instructions” area letting staff know that we’d be dining in. I informed the hostess that we had done this, she said they would print a ticket and let our server know. We didn’t get seated until almost 7:45. Our server got my name, I asked if he needed the order number and he said no, to find our order and took our drink orders. He came back to get the order number because he said he couldn’t find it. He came back again to ask what we ordered became he still couldn’t find it. THEN he finally came back with our drinks. The table next to us had ordered and was already eating by the time we got our drinks. The server said he’d put in an order of bread because we were waiting so long. Finally we got our pizza (it was barely warm) and then the bread. We spoke to a manager and asked what happened, all he could say was that this happened sometimes. We asked for a discount, but because we paid on the app, he said he would look into it. Basically, with pizza and drinks (beer/wine), we paid $200 for cold pizza and a really long wait.
