Louie Bossi's Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria is a high-energy Italian eatery located on the famed Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Everything on the menu is made from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. Chef Louie Bossi serves delicious house made pastas, wood burning Neapolitan pizzas, home cooked Sicilian comfort food and of course, Chef Louie's famous house cured salumi. From the hearth baked bread and artisan jams to handmade pastas and pizza dough, gelato and crema di limoncello, everything is house made using the time honored methods of old world Italian chefs.

The food was quite good. The grilled branzino was quite outstanding. We got a side of charred broccolini and it was quite bad. My partners carbonara was very good. To go to this restaurant means that what you are looking for is a frenzied, busy, crowded, incredibly loud dining experience. The prices are quite fair. The drinks were good. The service was very good. We ate in the main dining room. The rear outdoor terrace seating seemed to be very nice, far quieter and less frenzied. They advertised valet parking but the attendants failed to show the night we were there. If you go on a weekend night, I’d suggest taking an Uber.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Carly, she was our waitress and did an excellent job in level of service, personality and delivery. She was more than happy to assist us in anything we needed the entire duration of our dinner. We would highly recommend Carly and believe that she is a top-notch waitress Here at Louie Bossis, we also explained to her that it was one of our friends’s birthdays, and she went out of her way in, brought us a wonderful, five piece, dessert display, and even wrote happy birthday on the plate, she made us feel so welcome and made our friend feel so special on his special day. Thank you, Carly all the best :)

We had a very nice experience! We are not huge fans of every italian meat and cheese so I am not reviewing. The martinis were very good. Gluten free pasta options were a plus, but the bolognese sauce was amazing! Would definitely go here again even just for that. Also affogato was delicious. A must stop. Probably should have sat outside because inside is very loud.

The service was atrocious. We sat at the counter seating and no one acknowledged us for over 15 minutes or more even though there was one half dozen staff chatting and gossiping 5 feet away at a waitstaff station. When they did, the service was spotty. Drinks came eventually and the food came all at once. Almost thrown at us. Typically salad arrives before main course??? Guess we needed to be more clear. And, it was early in the evening - not prime time! We used to love going to Louie Bossi. Now we aren’t sure we would go back 😢.
