Louisiana Bayou Bistro can sit 350 people sat throughout all rooms at our facility. Our Large banquet room sits up to 100 guests and can be closed off from the rest of the facility for a private event. Your guests are seated at round tables with 8 guests per table. Tables and chairs are dressed in white linen and can be customized by your events theme. You will have the option of having a set menu, allowing guests to order at their own will or having a buffet style meal served for your event. Our conference room can sit up to 50 people and can also be closed off from the rest of the facility. A bar can be set up in either room for an additional fee. We also offer full seating in our restaurant. Our facility manager can discuss these options to best fit your event.

I made a reservation for July 4 at 11 AM. I arrived at 10:45 and waited until past 11, but no one arrived to open up the restaurant. If they weren't planning on opening for July 4, they should have 1) disallowed OpenTable reservations for that date 2) put up a sign outside saying that they're closed and/or have their voicemail recording state so. We could have avoided wasting half an hour if this place had been less inept.

I went there for Valentine's day. I ordered a cup of seafood gumbo, blackened redfish with mashed potatoes and salad. The gumbo and salad came out with the main meal which I wasn't pleased with. The fish was more like baked fish instead of blackened and my mashed potatoes were ice cold. I was disappointed for that because it wasn't crowded yet, but I will try it again just to see if the same thing happens. If that happens I won't go back. But the food tasted good and would have been fantastic if it was warm.

Food was hot and tasty as we opted for the buffet instead of ordering off the menu. There was a decent selection of meats and seafood so as to satisfy everyone's taste. Service was excellent for a party of 20 and nobody had to wait very long for drinks, etc. Deserts were sorely lacking. Bread pudding and 3 pieces of cake were all that was offered. I must admit that the bread pudding was excellent but maybe a soft serve machine would help out. Not our first time there and won't be our last as well.
