    We had a reservation showed up and all of the tables were booked. There was only once waitress. It seems like reservations do not matter. We were staying at the hotel but that does not seem to matter either. Very dissapointed

    We had a lunch reservation but after taking our drink order and serving them to us, the bartender/waiter never returned. We had to get his attention and he apparently did not realize (nor did he ask) that we were there to eat. I'm unsure of how many establishments take reservations just to drink? But he, and the rest of the staff who interacted with us, were very kind. The burger, spring rolls, and turkey/bacon club sandwich were excellent, as were the cocktails (Paper Plane and Perfect Manhattan).

    Terrible and slow service. Made a reservation and had no table available for us. Understaffed. Tea was cold, tea service was mediocre at best. Not worth the price. Rather go to BG, Tiffany’s, etc

    We really enjoyed lounge on pearl! The drinks were great, and the ambiance was wonderful. Although our table was not ready when we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and appreciated and provided us with a complementary cocktail while we waited for our table. We will definitely be back.
