First: House-made burrata, 16-month aged prosciutto, and vibrant winter pesto. Second: Pear salad with red wine-poached pears, goat cheese, spiced walnuts, and pear vinaigrette. Third: Lobster & ricotta agnolotti with robiola fonduta, thyme, dill, and sorrel. Fourth: Choose a 6 oz filet mignon with parmesan parsnip purée and fresh truffle, or Chilean sea bass with farrotto and lemon beurre blanc.
