   The food was amazing. Lily was a great waitress. Very clean and wonder dining experience. I give this place five stars. We even met the chef! He was very nice too, thanks Timmy.

   Overall great food and drinks always. But this particular time visiting we noticed that the bottle of wine we ordered had a strong vinegar taste and the color was off for a Nebbiolo. We were told that it is exactly how it is supposed to taste and that we should try other wines to figure out what we like first before ordering again. Felt like a gaslight of the situation but the Chianti was the redemption of the night.

   Food was good but I had leftover short ribs and veal on my plate and the server threw it away although I had asked for a box. Very sad since the prices are expensive for the entrees. Since it’s such a nice restruant I would have thought they would have compensated an appetizer or desert we got but the mistake went unnoticed.

   Absolutely perfect food. Pastas are home made and cooked perfectly. Sauces are flavor forward and don’t rely on heavy cream (which to me is a cop out). Bread is to die for: fresh, rustic, thick crust and generous. Amazing service. Will be back.

   We had an all around wonderful experience at Luca West! The food and wine was amazing, and the service was outstanding! Maurice took excellent care of us! We live 33 miles east, but we plan to return!

    Excellent and well prepared choices for all facets of dinner …. Service was professional, and very friendly. The many tables were all in use, so noise level could have been an issue had we not been seated against the wall alongside the fireplace. A very enjoyable experience for all four in our party.
