Luca West features high-end modern Italian served in a classy, Tuscan setting. Diners will find many of their favorite dishes that made Chef Luca’s Italian Cuisine such a grand success in downtown Cleveland. But new to Luca West are a number of unique menu choices that will become new favorites, for our new friends on the west side of Cleveland.

The wine program at Luca West meets the standards of the most adventurous wine fan, including our globally expansive list of wines by the glass.

Reservations are recommended.

Please contact us for private dining and seasonal patio options.

    The table bread had a fantastic crust with an amazing crunch, but the inside of the bread was soft and chewy, and just so delicious. It came with dipping sauce that included roasted garlic, which was to die for. We had the sacchetti as an appetizer and it was just as delicious as the bread. For our meals, we had the Bolognese and the tortellini and both were so delicious. The portion sizes were good, but not ridiculously large. The amount of protein included was generous. The pasta was delightful. For dessert we had the tiramisu and the mousse and both were a spectacular ending to a spectacular meal. The service was perfect, she took the time to chat a little here and there but never hovered. The noise level was a little louder than I’d prefer but not obnoxiously so. We will definitely eat here again.

    This was our first time visiting Luca West and they DID NOT disappoint. Our server Sandy's was spectacular. She was very attentive to us and made sure we were enjoying our meal. As we were celebrating my wife's birthday, she and the entire staff made sure we were happy. My wife had the braised short ribs which she said was delicious. I had the osso bucco which was also cooked to perfection. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will be back. Oh, BTW they have an extensive wine list and was perfectly paired with our meal. We will surely be back. Thank you.

    The Brussels sprouts were over cooked and the mashed potatoes could have been placed nicely on the plate not just a blob from the pan to the plate. Could use a piping bag or a scooper to place the potatoes on plate and add some fresh parsley leaf for decoration. Taste wise was good. The branzino was cooked right and the two waiters that deboned the fish did an excellent job.

    The food was tremendous. It wasn’t overly priced and the service was very good. The only negative aspect was bar was too slow and it took awhile for us to get our drinks even at 9:00 in the evening. Other than that I would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone for any occasion. We will be returning to try the bar area next time.

    THE BREAD WAS THE BOMB! Ate a whole loaf myself. Had a ribeye special it was cooked to perfection, toppings on it were absolutely incredible. Management brought the steaks out to make sure they were cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes were seasoned perfectly. Brussels sprouts could have been doctored up quite a bit. Overall, extremely satisfied. Thanks for the great service!

    Very convenient location and the ambience and atmosphere is wonderful. You feel very welcome at Luca. Everyone is smiling! Has a lot variety of high quality food items. I love this place!

    Food was outstanding as usual. Menu options for all tastes. Naile, our waitress, was wonderful. She was very attentive and helpful. Very nice, professional and polite. The music could have been a little less intrusive. We all appreciate fine vocals from the Phantom of the Opera but it was a bit over the top for dinner. Overall we had a great dinner and dining experience and we certainly will be back.
