We begin the evening with a serving of focaccia barese then continue with;

Pan fried Canadian scallops served with salmon tartare on a green bean salad

Black angus beef fillet carparccio with parmesan cheese, crispy kale and truffle oil

Saffron Mafaldine with braised lamb ragu, pecorino cheese and herb ricotta
Parsley spaghetti with amalfi style crab sauce, fresh chilli lemon and mint
Main
Slow cooked bangalow pork belly with jerusalem artichoke puree and sauteed cabbage

About the Chef
"My career started at Michelin-starred La Terrazza in Rome after travelling through Italy, UK, Ireland, & Russia in search of new flavours & cooking techniques. I arrived in Australia in '09 & decided to open my own restaurant - La Favola, an authentic Italian restaurant - the culmination of all my passions, ideas, dreams, & experiences.
