    Luciano's staff's weren't informed about the Valentines day dinner and didn't know how to overcome some issue when asked, we had to walk multiple times for our reservation and finally ended up in vain. as we didn't have our reservation or the dinner by the beach that we booked for. which made spoiled our day.

    Booking took far too much effort- emails were sent, there was no reply, and multiple calls were made to get the staff to answer; eventually, booking was made online via Open Table. The brunch we attended was advertised as marking Orthodox Christmas - nothing like it - no effort was made to add any authentic selection of traditional food for that day. Overall, it was below average - no value for money - and food was shared with far too many flies as the brunch was outside. The staff was ok. Definitely, there are better places to spend the same amount of money and get a far better experience.

    Worst dining experience in Dubai ever. The restaurant looks dirty and old, the service was basic and the food couldn’t have been worst.
