   Sadly my partner and I were not tended to for large parts of the evening so service was not on point Some of the food was also served lukewarm

   This is probably my 6th time coming to Lucky Cat and considering it was also a double birthday and I highly recommended it to my friends, it was a huge disappointment. Our previous experiences, including when entertaining clients, were amazing. We chose the tasting menu (£75 pp) and waited half an hour for the main after a disappointing basic starter- edamame and sushi - had to ask the waitress where the food was, she then offered a complimentary snack as a sweetener - more edamame! Finally the mains arrived and they changed the waiter with a more friendly guy, but mains were a bland fish - followed by fried rice! They did offer a glass of prosecco on the house in the end but no real apologies.We would have been better off with a Chinese take-away. I suppose they sent their better staff and chef to the new Bishopsgate venue which was fully booked for the night. Not sure I’ll ever go back - a total hell’s kitchen scenario

   What a lovely experience. The staff was amazing. The host on entrance as well as the waiters, all exceeded expectations. The food was great and the drinks were flowing. I will defo be recommending to others and will be back.

   Wonderful experience. We took the Journey Tasting Menu and it was all that we hoped for. Everything was perfect, the portion sizes, the service, the drinks.

   Great food and ambience. However be careful the wine is extortionate if you enjoy a glass or two

   Had a really good time learning about cocktails with Gerti. He was very engaging and interesting and looked after us nicely. Gorgeous cocktails and snacks too in a really beautiful setting. Pleasantly surprised to be behind the bar making our own cocktails too!

   I had a large reservation because had my brother coming into town. Heathrow was closed for fires and he did not make it and they would not allow us to cancel without paying. Then went without him and understood as it was pretty empty. Food nothing special and the prices were ridiculous. I would not recommend.

    The food was delicious and the service friendly and efficient. Kevin in particular was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the duck bao and the black cod.
