   We had no issue at the start everything was okay we did have to ask 3x for the cocktail menu and by the time we ordered our drinks 3 dishes had already come out we ordered 5 dishes in total those arrived around 9:30 and af 10pm we still did not have our other two dishes we asked the waiter where they was and he brought out out of them and we thought the rice would follow but unfortunately it didn’t we asked again at this point it was 10 past 10 and we asked if the rice is going to take long please cancel it because there was literally no point of getting rice right at the end of the meal. So unfortunately we never got to try the rice and we got the bill and left I was very disappointed as I had high expectations felt like we was not taken serious felt quite dismissed.

   We chose the signature sharing menu for 8 people in total. The service was incredibly slow, the dishes came out very sporadically and as each dish came out, the dirty plates from the previous ones were not collected! Not once were our eating plates refreshed. The whole meal dragged on for almost 4hours, so by the end nobody was hungry, just very tired. We didn’t get value for money.

   Greeted by “what can I do for you darling” 🤦🏼‍♂️ put us on a table for two by the service area, no room for anything, asked to move tables….. thought I had asked for the pope to pop over to my table!! Said they were fully booked, even though there were 7 empty tables for two, so moved us to a drinks area as that’s all they could offer, waited 15 mins, never got offered a drink or even spoken to, so we got up and left, when approaching the two “very busy” not! Young ladies on reception we said we are leaving, then suddenly they wanted to try to offer us champagne! Too late, we left and went to a great restaurant called Novikov, too many good places to go to be bothering with Unlucky Cat!!!!! 👋

   It was all right. That is not what one would like to say after a nice lunch. Good ambience, but service on the fine side. Food was not amazing, May be our expectations were a lot more, but did not meet the expectation.

   The place was very nice, food lovely & atmosphere of the restaurant. The only down side was the request for a service charge, I would be more than happy to tip if the service was right. This is England & NOT America!!

   Food and drink was excellent. However, we waited almost 25 minutes to get out drinks order taken. Then, I waited along time again to have our food order taken despite sitting with our menus closed. I tried to get waiters' attention on a few occasions without any luck. At times, I felt ignored. We waited so long for the bill that we put our coats on and proceeded to the front desk and asked to pay there. It was my birthday so I was quite disappointed with this experience.

   We recently visited Gordon Ramsay's Lucky Cat in London, and while the food was absolutely outstanding, the service and management left much to be desired. The venue itself is stunning, and the dishes were a true delight, showcasing the high level of culinary expertise you’d expect from Ramsay's brand. However, the experience was marred by a lack of proper service and attention to detail. Our server seemed to be nowhere to be found most of the time, and we had to flag him down whenever we needed something. To make matters worse, the management—particularly the "suits"—spent the entire evening hanging out in the bar area live-streaming the night and completely oblivious to the guests' needs. Interestingly, the table beside us, who arrived 20 minutes later, was served at the same time with the same server. This lack of coordination made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. On a positive note, the wine sommelier was fantastic, offering great recommendations and contributing positively to our evening. Overall, while the food at Lucky Cat is undeniably exceptional, the service and management need serious attention. For a restaurant at this price point, you expect a much more cohesive experience. If they can get their service back on track, it could truly be something special. Until then, I’d recommend waiting until they sort out these issues before spending your hard-earned money and time here.

   The food at Lucky Cat is incredible. Unfortunately our experience was impaired by an obvious shortage of waitstaff. Our waiter was certainly trying his best, but he was assigned to way too many tables so getting additional rounds of drinks and even just the final bill took unnecessarily long. Again, I don’t fault the waiter, it was very evident that management assigned him to way too many tables. Overall, the experience was disappointing given the price.

    Gordon Ramsay needs to take a look at his own restaurant. The place looks lovely and the food was good, but I’ve never seen a kitchen so mistimed. Everything came out of order and was INCREDIBLY slow and my husband and I never ate any of our dishes at the same time as neither of us were served together. The waiter tried to do his best, but but he was overwhelmed as also not enough wait staff. And simple things were never done… For instance, after ordering, they didn’t take our menus and they sat on the table until the food arrived and didn’t clear the wine glasses, even though we didn’t order wine . Maybe a good episode for Kitchen Nightmares?
