A deep champagne and wine list complements the menu, and at the 14-seat Pink Italian Stone bar, classic cocktails are shaken up with unique spice combinations and Asian-produced liquors, like a Manhattan riff “Doyer’s Street” made with Chinese five-spice infused Bourbon and Fernet Michaud from Portland, ME

Had the prix fixe for NYE. The only thing what was decent was the mini corn. The rest was not good. I mean, I don’t go out of my way to write a bad review, but for the price I paid per head, that was of no quality. Really unfortunate and had high hopes. Would not return or recommend.

Cheetah decor is impressive. Different than any other Portland scene. Wait staff excellent. Quick turnaround on tables but not rushed dining. Dim sum food very good.

This is our third visit. I will say I think that the quality of food the first time we went was better not sure if some of the recipes have been tweaked a bit. The corn definitely tasted different and everything sort of had this higher heat spice level to it than the first time which was a little overpowering for the rest of the flavors.. It was very loud difficult to order and talk to the person at the table with you and it was very crowded.

Our waiter was fantastic- we asked him for recommendations- they were exceptional! Our favorites were the tiny corn app, the lobster and crab dumpling and the pork fried rice. They sound simple but very gourmet! Cocktails were also wonderful!

I believe this is a fairly new place, the decor was very cool, it looks like a place where young people in their 20’s would love to go. The food is all shareable, which was amazing because our party wanted to try almost everything! The drinks were also great and lots of the food was very inventive with the flavors that they used. My only complaint the whole night was that the spicy lobster lo mein had overcooked lobster. Since lobster is so expensive it was sort of a waste but the other food was delightful. This place is one of a kind, would recommend to anyone who is an adventurous eater who loves Asian fusion.

Even though I messed up on the reservation time and our party therefore arrived late, the hosts were very gracious, welcoming and accommodating. We were seated right away at a great table (I think any table in there would be great, truly). Our server Stefan was terrific, attentive and helpful. The drinks and food were excellent, with very interesting flavors and flavor combinations. Though it is a bit pricey, the experience is worth it and I highly recommend it.

Hands down the best dinner in the Portland area we have had in years!! Food, service and ambience was incredible!! You have to experience this place!!
