Ludlow & Prime Steakhouse serves the greater Nashville area in Franklin, TN; located in the Berry Farms Town Center, directly off 65S and the Goose Creek Bypass. Established in 2016, Ludlow & Prime is known for mouthwatering USDA Prime Steaks, Fresh Seafood, a Raw Bar and everyday specialties in an upscale ambient setting for Lunch, Dinner and Saturday/ Sunday Brunch beginning at 9am. First experience here on New Year’s Eve. Limited menu which I was not expecting. Very expensive and no where near worth the cost for this night. Food was sub par at best. Pork Chop was cold and slathered in a blackberry glaze. Should have been really good but was overpowering. Wife’s steak was ordered medium and was sent practically uncooked and was a cold rare. Our waitress Zoe was kind and attentive and we enjoyed her service.

We were greeted & seated immediately upon arrival. The server was prompt yet allowed us enough time to decide on our appetizers & entrees. We had the artichoke spinach dip appetizer & smoked salmon appetizer; both were very good & arrived quickly. We ordered steak frites & a ribeye along with mac & cheese, haricots verts, & mashed potatoes for the table. All were excellent. We topped off our meal with cheesecake with blueberry compote & chocolate cake with raspberry sauce-an perfect ending to our delicious meal. Next time we go, I'll ask for one of the nice booths with a chandelier!

Outstanding service, food very good—but this place is way too loud for a nice dinner. Went there when it first opened and again later. Was told they were planning to do something to mitigate the loud noise—but they have done nothing. Very disappointed.

Food quality was very weak. Service was poor and no attempt at service recovery. 3 of 5 mains came out wrong. 2 were inedible as served. Avoid this place

Unfortunately, the restaurant is very loud and could barely hear each other at our table. Food was just OK. Our server was great. Will not plan to go back.
