    We were sat upstairs at the indoor terrace, it was January, pretty cold, uncomfortable. We did ask to move downstairs and they said it was full. As we left, there were plenty of tables downstairs.

    The prices are expensive compared with the food and options. Its just a Hotel restaurant and expensive The linguinis with lemon sauce sucks. 👎🏼

    We chose Lulla’s based on good reviews and its proximity to midtown. When we arrived and noticed the restaurant was a part of a hotel, we were skeptical. However, those concerns were soon put to rest. The food was delicious and the service was great! From cocktails to pasta, we were not disappointed.

    The staff was very welcoming and paid great attention to the gluten free needs of one of our party. The chef generously sent us some lovely extras as a welcoming courtesy. We all enjoyed our meals very much. For me, I'd like to see another seafood possibility or two on the menu.

    Manager with black pony tail was so aggressive. Didn’t care about finding our reservation. Offered us a round of drinks for the over 30/40 minute wait and then forgets to take it off the bill I remind him and he takes all but one drink off. Doesn’t take accountability. Intimidates my sister into taking off her bad review on Yelp by coming twice to the table first saying “WHOS ANGELINA” then doesn’t offer any solution to make the remainder of our time enjoyable. Gaslights us into saying we clearly enjoyed our time since we finished our food. But we had to cause we waited 40 minutes for a table everyone was hungry even if the pasta was under salted and the branzino was overly salted. Cappuccinos were disgusting. Manager followed us out the door while we were waiting for Ubers. Horrible time with my family and parents. Will never be coming back. Poor management and FOH staffing. (Visited their sister restaurant Altair never had a problem) (I’m an AGM of a restaurant in Rockefeller Plaza and know this was poor and horrible service).

    We chose this place on a whim, and it was fantastic. Pasta was delicious and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be coming back!
