Open Monday-Sunday in the new iconic Well building, Lulu Bar is an escape from the ordinary. Its welcoming vibe is reminiscent of hidden gems from your last vacation, only better because it’s right here in your own backyard. With a whimsical, Pacific-inspired menu, Lulu’s food is light and fresh — but heavy on flavour. Our menu is a tribute to the Pacific Ocean and many of the regions that touch it, with influences from Asia to Hawaii, California to British Columbia. Lulu’s fun, light, and refreshing drink menu is equally well-traveled. Its creative cocktail, wine, sake and beer offerings will make you feel like you’re far from home — and we like that.

Great experience here tonight! Lovely server, great cocktails and each dish was super tasty and fun. Both team members looking after us took the time to explain the dishes too which is always appreciated but not often done anymore. Will be telling lots of people to check you out and will definitely return.

Entrance is on the quieter Wellington side of The Well. Overall, a very good experience at Lulu Bar. It was a busy night, staff were attentive and friendly. The food was generally good but only one dish stood out, the fried squid. Would have been nice to have wet wipes or napkins available for stickier skewer dishes on hand. The lighting was a little dimmer than I expected but overall, it was clean, spacious and lively environment.

Good food. Scattered service. Took a long time to order drinks upon being seated. Love small plates format.

Food wasn't bad. Service on the other hand was seriously lacking hospitality and warmth. Restaurant was dimly lit and rather noisy. Left quite irritated and disappointed.

Love love love Lulu Bar. I have been a number of times and am ALWAYS impressed. The food is great, the staff amazing and the experience memorable.

Went for my birthday on a Sunday evening. The decor was beautiful and food was delicious. Standout dishes for me were the beef tongue and poke. Mai tai was tasty and came with a flaming shot of rum which was fun! We tried the highly acclaimed BBQ duck which was tasty albeit messy. Food came quickly and and dishes were cleared quickly. Our first server, Claudia, was very friendly and warm, while our second server was more reserved - she didn’t introduce herself. I’m not sure what happened to the first server but she never appeared again. Normally I’d expect a warm transition between servers. The service was a bit slow toward the end. The bill came to $300 plus tax and tip for 4 people, so a little pricey but on par for a special occasion. Overall an enjoyable evening and glad we came!

Came in with my fiance last night and had an amazing time. Food and drinks were fantastic, will definitely be back!

This is my 3rd visiting Lulubar. As always, I loved the food. However, the service was not good. We went there celebrating my partner's birthday. We sat for 15 mins at the beginning without anyone coming by. The entire night, our glasses were constantly empty, and the server came by 3 times. I am not sure I'd go back.

The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. In my opinion, everything felt over seasoned. I’m glad I tried it, but I wouldn’t go back.
